Shipping costs for orders at platinumkaraoke.ae will be determined by the weight of the purchased item(s) and the destination address that was provided at the shipment detail section. Shipping cost is automatically included at the checkout.
Shipping lead time and Tracking Information:
Lead time for purchases depends on the customer’s location and cut-off time is at 3pm (Dubai Time). Platinum Karaoke understands that the people around the world loves to bond and sing, we want you to have your Platinum Karaoke system the soonest. Our cut-off time is until 3PM (Dubai time). Shipping costs for orders from platinumkaraoke.ae will be determined by the weight of the items ordered and the destination address you specified in your order. The shipping cost for any order will be automatically generated after your purchase and can be delivered if the purchase is above 500AED.
Platinum Karaoke customer service will notify you via email once your order is validated and shipped, together with the tracking number of the shipment. This will include estimated time of arrival and other necessary information.

In line with Cancellations/Returns and Refunds, please contact us at +971-558886277or email us at email@example.com.Our customer representatives will assist you gladly. platinumkaraoke.ae is not responsible for any charges that may arise to any unconfirmed cancellation through voice messages, email or SMS. Rest assured, we will try our best to cancel the request order prior to shipping. Once the purchased product is shipped, sudden changes or cancellation will not be validated.
Returns & Refunds
In an event you wish to return a merchandise, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you may contact us at +971-558886277. Upon approval, we will send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions via email.
* Incorrect purchased shipped
The product must be in perfect condition with original delivery package and must be returned prepaid and insured for the whole purchase price. We will issue full refund less shipping cost for items that are returned in its original delivery condition. For returns with missing parts/accessories, the cost of replacement shall be charged to the customer. In addition, in an event that the unit is damaged due to customer misuse, a restocking fee of 15% to 27% will be charged to the customer, the exact amount of which will depend on the extent of the damage.
The warranty begins from the date of purchase and depending on the product (Specific Model) we have 1 year warranty and for the accessories we have 6 months warranty. In case the product was purchased from an unknown reseller or unregistered retailer e.g. on-line auction channels. The customer must present the warranty card together with Official Receipt to eligible of warranty service. In case the customer lost or misplaced the Official Receipt, Platinum Karaoke Service Center will accept Certificate of Purchased from the store/online/website where they bought it.
